Best hair designer in Edmonton! Kasey was amazing as she spent time collaborating with me what would look the best for me, my preferences, and the most up-to-date trends. She continually discussed the process with me throughout the whole time and the end result was excellent! The trim with my desired length/style, as well as colouring was better than expected/discussed. She was very detailed in her service and care. I definitely recommend this place with Kasey! I've been coming here for 4 difficulties appointments: hair cut, hair treatment, digital perm and colour. Tony never failed, instead, he always surprised me with his skills and his caring. The staff there are also very friendly too. Pricing is super comparable to other Korean hair salons and I am super happy with them. I highly recommend you to try this place out. And couple staff may have a bit of language barrier then use the Google translate, they will go above and beyond for you. Tony is my guy and I will come back to him again.

I would like to say Thank you to Tony for giving a time to cut the hair of my child. It was perfect and my husband was very happy because everything that he said to Tony about the hair style that he likes for my son was cut perfectly. It’s the first time too that my son didn’t argue with the hairstylist and no tears at all. Thank you so much Tony Hope too see you again on our next visit in your Salon. Definitely I would recommend you to our relatives and friends here in Edmonton, for being professional, a very humble person and price is totally affordable.

I don’t remember the stylist’s name, but I had a very disappointing experience. I went in for a cool-toned brown hair color and even provided a reference photo beforehand. During the appointment, my hair was bleached, but after 3 hours, the stylist wasn’t able to achieve the right color. He asked me to return in two days, which meant I had to stay home the next day because my hair looked unfinished and unpresentable.

When I returned, he bleached my hair again and told me the color would adjust after a few washes. Unfortunately, after multiple washes, the final result still looks nothing like the picture I originally showed. On top of that, my hair is now extremely damaged—far worse than I expected. It’s difficult to style, and I can’t even wear it straight anymore due to how dry and brittle it has become.

This experience has left me really disappointed, especially considering how much trust and time I invested. I would not recommend this salon based on my experience.

I don’t normally leave bad reviews, but I’m extremely disappointed and feel the need to warn others. I emailed the salon in advance to make sure they could do what I wanted. Originally, I was looking to get a perm and had even sent inspo photos and pictures of the current state of my hair. They assured me via email that yes, it could be done, so I went ahead and booked the appointment.

When I arrived, I was surprised to find that there was only one person in the salon, and it wasn’t anyone I had spoken to over email or on the phone. It was immediately obvious that nothing about my consultation or appointment had been communicated to him. To make things worse, my appointment had been written down for the wrong time.

The stylist also didn’t want to proceed with the perm due to the risk involved, which I completely understood, so we decided to go with color instead. He assured me again that he could achieve the look I showed in my photo (attached below) but the final result (also attached below) looked nothing like what I asked for.

The experience itself was uncomfortable too. He was very rough when washing and drying my hair so much so that my friend, who was on FaceTime during the appointment, commented on how harsh he was being. It felt careless and unprofessional.

When I expressed that I wasn’t happy with the result, he simply said, “If I had more time, I could’ve fixed it.” That was a huge red flag to me. If you know the result isn’t right, why would you let me leave like that? Especially considering I had originally booked at noon for a perm, which should’ve reserved more than enough time.

Now I’m out $250 for a look I didn’t ask for, and I’ll need to spend even more to get it fixed elsewhere. I expected so much more in terms of professionalism, communication, and care, especially at a salon with this price point and reputation.
