Had such a great experience at this spa! I’ve been to Thermea in Whitby and I love how it’s not the exact same as it is there. There’s a bunch of different buildings with different treatments. Unfortunately it’s not as big as the Whitby location but that doesn’t really matter too much! The weather was perfect, the rituals were awesome, the staff were lovely and the food was amazing. Our serve Melanie was really sweet and helpful when it came to choosing what to get! All in all I had a fantastic time and it wasn’t too crowded at all!

Also! Forgot to mention that they’re currently doing renovations (which honestly didn’t really ruin my experience) and they said that because of that our next time we book we get 25% off because we didn’t get the full experience! So nice!

1st time going to Thermea and had such a great experience! The highlight of the thermal experience for me was definitely the orange and the eucalyptus steam sauna’s. The food and drinks were amazing too!

Literally the best experience I’ve had ! My massage Raisa was nice . I went for my bday last week and it was amazing. I didn’t know the cell policy but I quickly was told lol . I really enjoyed it

Went to Thermea yesterday, Saturday with my partner for the evening time. Honestly, the whole experience has gone down hill and the price is getting more and more steep. This is my 4th visit over the years, use to be way better.

When we first arrived 5 p.m. check in, went to the men’s locker room it was INSANELY busy, packed where we had to stand there for 10 minutes to get to our locker area where guys had to change in front of another, shoulder to shoulder, it’s worse then a gym’s locker room…they clearly need to expand the area for the volume of people. When we finally got to the pool areas it was pretty packed too but manageable. Other areas of the experience were packed and busy too but tapered off in the evening thankfully.

We went to the restaurant for dinner the food and service was fantastic. We got a great view upstairs near the fireplace. Portions were huge too. Our server she was amazing.

Me and my partner stayed till close we went through the whole experience which was nice but near the end of it, it turned upside down as I tried to order a beer just after 9 p.m. for the poolside at the bar they refused to serve me as it was apparently to late… to pour a beer lol. Then on top of that two staff members were rude to me, laughed at me, then walked me out of the bar to get me out of there. I went to customer service right after that as I was upset they listened, took my information, and the manager offered me 25% off my visit which was a nice gesture. However, the bar staff the way they treated me (the paying customer) is unacceptable and should be reviewed.

We still had an okay experience… the resto, pools saved the review but Thermea definitely needs to improve in some areas.
