First time going today for a couples massage! They did deep tissue on us and it was truly so well done. The therapists were professional and the room was clean and dimly lit. Music was lovely. I hadn't done massages much, and I have chronic back pain, so I was expecting some relief during but not after. It's been hours and I'm still floating! I was also very impressed with their inclusive intake forms. I'll definitely come back ?

They can't bill secondary insurance if it's Canada Life - so just make sure you confirm your insurance with them before your visit. It wasn't a big deal - they sent me an invoice and I claimed it myself online. But just in case this is something you need to keep an eye on.

It was my first massage in a long time and I couldn’t have been more happy! Check in was smooth and friendly with my benefits the direct billing set up before I walked in the door.

I had Kathryn today and she was amazing. I told her I just wanted to relax and was on my feet all day at work and she took care of the rest. I had my next appointment booked before I got home!

Katy is a kind-hearted miracle worker and I am so grateful to have found her! She actually listened to my concerns, and really worked out my knots. We had a fantastic experience with a couple’s massage here and were both extremely impressed by the skill and professionalism of Sidharth Balan and Mohamed Baaba.

I came in with a headache and a very tight neck, and by the end of the session, the headache was gone and my neck felt better than it has in a long time. My husband had similar relief in his upper back and neck. We both really appreciated the use of stretches as part of the massage—such a thoughtful and effective touch. The techniques felt personalized and different from the standard routine you might find elsewhere.

Both of them took the time to focus on the areas that needed attention, and their approach felt very intentional and well-informed.

This was our first visit to this location, and we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!
