Came as a walk in for haircut but i decided to do treatment instead. Despite being busy, Amber took me in and was very kind and walked me throughout the process. I had another girl (i believe her name was Ness- had long beautiful dark hair) and both worked on my hair. Both were so nice and professional. I dont normally do reviews but i had a pleasant experience. Thank you Amber! Will book again! ??

Amber is truly my favorite stylist. Even though my hair had some knots and curls in them, she took the time to wash my hair thoroughly and straighten it. Her patience is level 10, and I am definitely here for it.

I was unsatisfied with my original haircut but Amber was more than willing to fix it for me. It’s always nerve wracking to tell your stylist that you’re not satisfied but Amber dealt with it so professionally and made sure that I was completely happy with the final product. Love this salon and will keep coming back because the service from all of the stylists here is so great.

I visited the salon last week and had my hair colored by Reema. She originally quoted me $260, which included a haircut. However, after the color was done, I decided to cancel the haircut and asked if the price could be adjusted accordingly. She then asked me to pay $240 — only $20 less, which made me wonder why the haircut was valued at just $20, especially since I paid $80 for a haircut at the same salon last year.

Also, I felt that $240 was quite expensive for simply coloring black hair, without any highlights or complex treatments. I expected a more reasonable adjustment in price, and more consistency in the salon’s pricing overall.
