Was searching for a new hair stylist after having long hair for several years; my previous hair stylist having retired. I found Karmen at The Loft and took a chance. I showed her a few pictures of what I wanted and a couple examples of what I wanted to avoid, and she went to work. She was efficient, super friendly, and great to chat with. Going from long hair to a stacked bob cut was a big change, and Karmen was very willing to readjust the length when I realized I wanted to go shorter. I've had plenty of similar cuts in the past, but hands down this was the best and most well blended cut I've ever had. I found the price to be quite acceptable and will MOST DEFINITELY be back.
I am beyond pleased with my new cut and am thrilled to have found my new hair stylist. Thank you so so much Karmen ?

Karmen is the Queen of color correction because let me tell you, I got my hair colored somewhere else, did not like it, went to Karmen hoping for a fix or something I liked looking at. Karmen was amazing. Totally understood what I was hoping for versus what I got. It was a loooooooong process but absolutely happy with the result. I even teared up after!
Thank you Karmen for putting up with hoooooours of not easy work, leaving me a happy client!
