I had seen Kristine. My hair is burnt from over processing bleach, and she burt my scalp. My hair is now dead, breaking off and falling out. The color is patches of grey, copper, and spots of dark roots. My hair was cut straight on the top part of my head, and now I have a bowl cut sitting around the whole top of my head and does not bleand in with the rest of my hair. When I brought this forward to the hair dresser, she took no responsibility and said she could fix it, but I would need to pay for the product that was to be used. I had already paid her $300 for the most horrific outcome. Worst customer experience! Do not go here!
