They do an amazing job for laser. I got laser done on full face and I noticed an incredible difference compared to other places I've been before. They have a beautiful facility that is very welcoming and the staff is so friendly as well. I love getting my services from Manpreet as she is detailed and takes great care during the laser session. I love getting my eyebrows done by her too! Overall, great place and highly recommend!

I’ve been going to The Glow Room for laser treatments, and I can confidently say I’ve seen amazing results—especially on my face. My skin looks clearer, smoother, and overall just so much healthier. It’s made such a difference in my confidence!

Manpreet is truly the best—so professional, warm, and accommodating. She always makes sure I’m comfortable and informed every step of the way. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and goes above and beyond to make the experience a great one. I also really appreciate the reminder calls and texts before appointments—it’s such a thoughtful and helpful touch.

Their new location is absolutely beautiful—super clean, calming, and welcoming. I love the little details, like being offered drinks when you arrive. It’s such a small thing, but it really makes you feel taken care of and reflects the high level of customer service they provide.

Another thing that really stood out to me is their pricing. I did thorough research and compared rates all around the Lower Mainland, and The Glow Room’s prices are truly unmatched—especially for the quality of service and results you get. It’s honestly such a good investment.

Nothing but good things to say—I’m so happy I found The Glow Room and highly, highly recommend it to anyone considering laser!

Had the best laser results in YEARS! My technician was Manpreet, she was so easy to deal with & listened to my concerns. She made me feel very comfortable, I almost didn’t want my appointment to be over. The cleanliness was definitely 10/10 as well. I recommend her a million times!!

I had microneedling done today and it was such a positive experience from start to finish. The staff were so kind and welcoming, and the aesthetician made sure I was comfortable the whole time. She walked me through each step and was super gentle, which made the treatment practically painless. The clinic itself is really clean and has a calming, relaxing vibe that instantly puts you at ease. I’m so happy with the service and will definitely be coming back!
