very unprofessional. hair is sacred in my culture. the woman that cut my boyfriends hair shaved his undercut too far and shaved his long hair off the top and claimed that the chunks of hair coming off were from brushing his hair. his hair doesn’t fall out like that. there was chunks on the floor and they swept them up as fast as they could so he couldn’t see what they took off. his hair is no longer lined up straight and only way we can fix it now is shaving it off. do not come here if you value your hair. we feel like he was striped of his strength in a sense coming here.

Hit my under cut shaved and a trim. They ended up cutting to high on one side and messed up the line. Proceeded to gas light my girlfriend who saw it happen. We are indigenous and hair is sacred. It’s our spirit and we draw in energy from it. I paid the bill cause it was the right thing to do. Never again.

I went in for a regular haircut, and their website clearly showed the price as $28. But when it was time to pay, they suddenly charged me $42. When I asked about the price difference, they told me their website "wasn’t updated." That’s unacceptable—if you're running a business, your online pricing should be accurate. On top of that, one of the staff members was extremely rude when I questioned the charge. Very unprofessional experience. I won’t be coming back, and I don’t recommend this place to anyone who expects transparency and respectful service.
