I’ve been going to George at EMG Barbershop and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The shop is always clean, the atmosphere is welcoming, and everyone there is friendly and professional. George consistently delivers clean, sharp fades and takes the time to make sure you leave looking your best. His staff is just as skilled—my sons have both gotten quality cuts from them as well. On top of that, the prices are more than fair for the level of service. Highly recommend EMG and especially George if you’re looking for a solid, dependable barber.

I went to EMG barber shop for a free haircut and since I was going for a free haircut, didn't expect much in quality, customer care or service, but here is what happened:

As soon as I walked into the shop, I was acknowledged as a valued customer, noticed immediately, and greeted by the friendly owner cheerfully and was welcomed to the shop.

The apprentices under training Niko and Moe didn't lack any courtesy either, had the one of the best customer service and care aptitude that I have ever seen, and they went the extra yard to create best customer service experiences through demonstrating professionalism, and taking utmost care that my haircut was as per my expectations by asking for feedback.

I was not just left in the hands of the apprentices, the owner George was closely monitoring and advising his students so that my haircut was nothing less than perfect.

Although I went for a free haircut, I was treated like a VIP.

At EMG, they have it all figured, morale and spirit of the staff was high to warrant great service and customer care, which is indicative of good leadership and management.

Niko is only 13 but it was impressive how he cut hair like an experienced professional.

Love this place! The staff know customer service like no other! The owner is always overseeing staff to ensure quality isn't jeprodized, not that he has to, because they are all great barbers!
He also has an great deal of knowledge avout hait and beard care, and takes the time to explain and resend product He uses him self in and out of the shop to you.

I highly recommend this gem to everyone wanting a high quality barber. I won't go anywhere else. Great job guys
