My husband and I have been going to the Academy for nearly a decade - it continues to be a community that has welcomed, encouraged and challenged us. We enjoy the variety of group fitness classes, 1-1 personal training sessions and quiet weight room. The staff is friendly and the facility is clean and organized. A special shout out to Andrea and Judi for always keeping classes/training engaging and fun!

It's a private feeling, the instructors are so friendly and high energy, the work out classes are beautifully crafted and the music is excellent.
The entire building is up kept nicely. It’s clean and welcoming, sleek and the towel service is a beautiful touch! The Academy has so much diversity in what you can get from a membership be it solo working out, personal training or classes. Would rate it high than 5 if I could! (Also their charity events are so fun and a great way to support the community!) (photo is me in the locker room after a tour)
