I love coming here! Everyone is so welcoming and kind from the moment you walk in the door. Annie did a shellac polish change for me today her attention to detail is perfect (polish right down to the bottom of the nail)! I’ve also had the pleasure of Trudy doing my nails numerous times and she too is so detailed and a pleasure to chat with. Love her energy and positivity! Thank you ladies!

Just moved down south and needed a new salon, this place did not disappoint! Everyone was super friendly, and the work they do is gorgeous. This may be the best set I’ve ever had. Also the prices are very competitive! I’ll definitely be making this my new nail place going forward!

Disappointing Experience – Poor Service and Rushed Treatment

I visited this salon hoping to enjoy a relaxing mother-daughter day, but unfortunately, the experience was far from what I expected. From the moment we walked in, there was a lack of warmth and communication. We were asked what service we wanted at the door, and then my daughter was quickly seated with her feet placed in water—no introduction, no interaction.

She received a shellac mani-pedi, and I had planned to get a manicure myself. However, the technician rushed through my daughter’s service with little care or engagement, which was very disappointing. There was no effort to connect with her or make her feel comfortable, which is especially important when providing services to children.

Due to the lack of attention and poor service, I chose to cancel my manicure. I was charged $63 for my daughter’s shellac mani-pedi, which felt unreasonable given the complete absence of customer care. After canceling my service, the staff began speaking rapidly in another language and gave me looks that made me feel uncomfortable, as if they were upset with my decision.

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I wouldn’t return and don’t recommend this place if you’re expecting quality service or a welcoming environment.

Sadly my 5 star review has dropped to 1

During my appointment today, I felt extremely rushed. While I understand that the salon can get busy, the hurried service was upsetting and detracted from the relaxing experience I was hoping for. Instead of feeling pampered, I felt like I was just another number on a busy day.

To make matters worse, the quality of the pedicure itself was lacking. After my appointment, my feet felt worse than before I arrived. The technician used a foot grader, but her approach was far too aggressive, leaving my skin irritated and uncomfortable.

It’s disheartening to see such a decline in service at a salon I once adored. I truly hope this experience was an exception and not the norm, as I would love to return to the exceptional service I once enjoyed. However, I believe they lost a frequent customer today.
