I've been coming to Andrew Walker for about a half a year now and he has changed my life after a shoulder injury. Andrew is an extremely knowledgeable massage therapist with a background in kinesiology. He has an incredible understanding of the body, but his kinesiology background gives him an even better understanding as to what activities cause what issues and how to rectify them.

I've been coming once a month, not only for a massage but also for advice regarding my day-to-day movements and how to strengthen my body. Massage is supplementary to these lifestyle changes and I've gone from a debilitating shoulder injury to being able to do strength training, climbing, swimming and all the other activities that I enjoy.

A massive thanks to Andrew. I HIGHLY recommend him.

Antonio is a superb massage therapist! Always checks in as to how you're feeling, what needs attention, any problems. He has been extremely flexible as well in scheduling. Would highly recommend & have been receiving massage from him for many many years.

Tina is without doubt the greatest acupuncturist/ massage therapist/ person that you could ever want to meet. She is just amazing at her job and is an even better person! She does everything possible to make the experience the best it can be, is always supportive and lends an ear whenever it is needed! You would be lucky to get an appointment with Tina - (please don’t take any of mine!)

First time at Target Health, and I will certainly be returning. Had a deep tissue massage with Andrew, he did an awesome job of loosening up my muscles and I felt so much better afterwards. Very pleased with the comfort of the room, the location, parking and overall vibe of the place.
