I get my lashes done here (always classic), and Amy is amazing. I constantly get compliments, and they always last. The staff are kind and know what they’re doing. I brought my mom here for nails and she loved it.

Came with my three daughters for pre-wedding manicures and had a fabulous experience! We all had manicures at the same time which was so nice that we didn’t have to take turns. Exceptional experience!!

I hate to be leaving this review, but on Friday June 6th I did not have an ideal experience. I had originally booked with Wendy for my appointment as she is my usual girl to do my lashes and always does a phenomenal job. However, upon arrival I was told that Wendy no longer works there, and that they have new managers/owners, yet they still booked me with Wendy and did not inform me at all about the situation. I gave the lady who did my lashes a shot because she seemed to know Wendy, and I’ve seen her and her work before. I was getting a 2 week hybrid fill, I had previously gotten a cat eye wispy set, with dark brown lashes in c/d curl (I also specified this in the appointment notes and verbally) I also showed pictures. I did not receive this. They did not have my colour lashes, they did not do what I asked for and they were aware of it and continued anyways (my eyes were taped shut at this point, so I’m not completely aware of the circumstances)… the lady who did my lashes, although nice, did not do a great job. She said that she took my old grown out brown lashes and put them in different areas on my lash line to make it look somewhat the same… not only is the colour incorrect, the lash type is wrong, as well as the placement of the lashes/style I wanted is incorrect. It honestly looks like I never even gotten a fill, at best it looks like a mediocre classic set, not nearly as full and fluffy they should be/what I asked for. At the end of what was supposed to be a 45 min appointment (it was 90 mins), I was left extremely disappointed and ashamed that I paid a total of 92 dollars for a set of lashes I do not like/make me feel ugly. Extremely disappointing experience, and it is unlikely I will come back…

Additionally, I wanted to purchase lash shampoo as it is advertised as 10 dollars. They charged me almost double the price, even after telling them what they have advertised at their cash register is 10$.

Came here to get my lashes done before a trip, they didn’t even last me the whole week of my trip. I am so disappointed. I paid so much for them to not even last 6 days. I’ve been washing them and not sleeping on them too. She spent 3+ hours for them to look sparse when complete and I didn’t have time to say anything- it was too late. In addition I could feel her detaching eyelashes from each other and they have ended up giving me eye irritation because they were so poorly done and glued together. I also came home with one attached to my lower lashes.
Overall a bad experience and honestly I want my money back.
