Have nothing but praise for this store and specifically this location! Noel gave me great advice, pulled so many shoes for me to try, and even had a special colour ordered in for me. Kelly was amazing and was able to coordinate payment and shipping over the phone when the shoes came in. I live an hour away so that was a huge help. I did NOT expect overnight shipping on top of this but I was seriously stoked to see them in the mailbox the next day. Go buy your new kicks here, you won’t regret it.

Very happy to have found a local option that carries multiple shoes in my size. I called ahead and the friendly woman on the other line said she had a variety of shoes in size 14. I drove over right away and she immediately went to the back and brought out multiple pairs of shoes to try on. I decided to go with a pair of New Balance 1080s. Took them on their maiden voyage the next day and love them. The woman who helped me was so friendly and knowledgeable, really wish I got her name as she was great. I will gladly return when the time comes to replace these ones. Thank you!

My experience was opposite to other reviews, I don’t know why. Would rate zero if possible. Had the most worst experience in my shoe shopping journey. I recently visited this shoe store hoping to find the right pair and despite my efforts to engage with the staff, asking several questions and seeking guidance, I was met with minimal engagement and advice or guidance, even though the store wasn’t particularly busy.

What made the situation more unsettling was observing other customers receiving friendly guidance and advice, options coming from associate themselves. I drove out of my way for 40mins and came here to met with such lack of effort. Been definitely wondering why my experience was so markedly different.. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure every customer feels valued and respected.
