She was able to find and work through my tense areas with just the right amount of pressure. I highly recommend booking a massage with Sofia. SSY Massage is conveniently located in the Zen Clinic in the same building as Chaparral Anytime Fitness - the car wash and professional building are nearby.

The massage I got from Sofia was excellent. She
She is good in releasing the tensions in my body. I appreciated much the firm pressure in targeting specific knots. I would say that she is one of the best therapist I had. I felt relieved after my massage.

Sophia is an amazing massage therapist and I'm so happy I found her. She does cupping and hot stone which I've both done as well as relaxation and deep tissue. I'm excited to try her facial. She had a wonderful energy and is very sweet. I used to work at a spa and I have to say she is one of the best massage therapist I've seen!

Sofia is an incredible massage therapist. She’s transformed the composition of my body over the course of a less than 10 sessions. As someone who suffers from poor lymphatic drainage and lipedema, she has given me tremendous hope. The general consensus says you can’t do anything about the dense fibrotic tissue associated with lipedema and Traditional western style LDM would not have fixed it, so I was incredibly lucky to find Sofia who brings her own LDM technique in not only breaking down painful tissues but sculpting my body as it should be. So grateful.
