Thank you very much for cutting my family hair.
Mine was a Korean haircut where I got my 2 sides cut, and some of my middle ones.
Hair washing for me has a lot of power of washing. I like the warm water!

I really wanted to leave a good review because the ladies Jenny and Nicky seemed so nice. I came in and left with the same color, more damaged. My hair was already quite blonde but needed some toner to balance. Now after a toning session my hair is fried, more orange and unmanageable. I didn't ask for a cut, but the lady cut some pieces at the back. I can see now what she cut, there are chunks missing out of the layers. My roots that were brown before are now also lifted to an orange brass color. Not very happy and I shouldn't have been charged

Came here months ago and was hesitant to leave an honest review, but the experience stuck with me, so here we are. The whole experience was so unpleasant. Aggressively washed my hair, botched my layers so bad, and blow-dried my hair so painfully! 2 people blasted high heat during the blow drying, aggressively flinging my hair. The woman that serviced me lacked all professionalism and didn't know what a heat protector was...

There were clumps of someone else's hair on the comb they used on me. Everything looked dirty and very outdated. Other staff was just sitting around chatting and staring at me.

The scissors they used were too dull and tugged during the cutting. I now have way more split ends than usual.

Before, you could come in and pay 30 dollars for a good cut. Now, it costs 50 and leaves you feeling gross and just wanting to flee their establishment.

I’m far from happy with the service I recieved. They were speaking loudly, when talking to a friend of theirs. When it came to shampooing and conditioning it felt really rushed and aggressive as if they had something against my hair. Lastly, I requested for highlights and showed them an image of what I want. It turned out not even close to the way I wanted it. The highlights were uneven, too yellow and to them, it seemed fine when I was obviously not satisfied. $160 wasted when I could have went somewhere else.

After reading the reviews, we scheduled haircut appointment for three of us. We got appt from 10:30am till 12:00am and we were told by the man on the phone that each appointment will be 30 mins including hair wash before cut. We were getting late so we called and she asked us to come in before 11. We reached there before 11am. She refused to take three of us. We told her that we booked three half n hour appt slots for hair cut and we r late by half n hour that should still be good for the two of us to get a cut on their scheduled times. She agreed to do two of us (my sister and daughter) but was not very keen. She started working on my sister (kept insisting to skip the hair wash) and refused to do blow dry as it takes more time. My sister insisted on getting blow dry as that’s what she always gets and did not want to use straightener but she didn’t blow dry and used straightener regardless. Then she washed my daughter’s hair and started cutting layers when one of her ‘regular’ customer who was somehow scheduled for 11:30am arrived. She left my daughter in the middle of the cut , put a dryer machine on her head and started working on her ‘regular’ customer. She finished working on her and later came back to finish my daughter hair. We were given three half n hour appointments from 10:30 am onwards. My daughter was definitely booked with her at 11:30 which she completely ignored and catered to her regular customer. We never had this experience before. We couldn’t even leave as my daughter’s hair were half cut and half undone. Terrible customer service! We are never coming back.
