I brought my bike in for service a couple of weeks ago, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The team did an outstanding job—not only was the service top-notch, but it truly exceeded my expectations. Emma and, I believe, James provided exceptional customer service and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Their professionalism and dedication really stood out. Had a great experience at the bike service department with James C.

My dad and I came in with our two bikes after not servicing them in a few years and he made them feel brand new. He made everything incredibly transparent and walked us through each issue so we knew exactly what he could do for us. Very grateful for the whole experience and look forward to dealing with him again in the future.

Today I went to pick up my bike from your bike service shop in 130 ave. I bought the minor tuning. When I got it I realised that the bike had no work done to it. The frame was dirty, the break pads and discs were dusty, the chains was with the same old grease like it was just wiped with a wet cloth, the gears are all muddy like it was before, dust around the front suspension, and the kicker is that the chain wasn’t even mounted on the front gears, when my son rid it home it shifted like it wasn’t tuned and felt like I didn’t send it to maintenance.

Now when I went to the technician to ask what was going on he said “That’s how I do things” and when I asked for the manager he kept avoiding bringing the manager and didn’t bring him. Furthermore, I ask for a refund and he says I’ll give you a refund under one condition that you don’t come back to this specific sport check location. First of all we did nothing wrong and I think a refund is in order here because of the service that was given. Secondly why did he try so hard not to bring the manger and why was the service so bad. The bike looked like nobody touched it. . The technician name James C .
