My son started at a young age, and the program was expertly tailored to his developmental stage. Under Gracie’s training, with Matt’s oversight and customized guidance, his speed, physical development, and overall athleticism progressed beyond what I thought possible. The engaging warm-up games made workouts fun while boosting cognitive and physical skills. Speed School is the real deal, trusted by rising stars in the WHL, NCAA, and even NHL. Speed School has been a game changer for us. The programs are designed to challenge the athlete but also give them benchmarks to celebrate their successes. I love that it is personalized and supervised but independent enough (with the app) so your athlete can take responsibility for their own recovery/growth and do things at home or on vacation. The trainers are knowledgeable, super encouraging and fun to work with. I can’t say enough good things about Speed
School! They have built a strong foundation for my daughter to return to the sport she loves.

I am so happy I listened to my son to join Speed School. As an older adult who is waiting for knee replacements, I never thought I would be progressing as well as I am in my physical and mental health.
The team of Nick, Gracie and Matt have coached me in rehabilitating my knees, and strengthening and conditioning my body.
The pain from the arthritis in my knees is now manageable and I am able to walk farther. I also am much stronger and have energy to be more active in my life as well!
Nick created a program that suits my specific abilities as I do have limitations because of my knees. I have progressed over the last 2-3 months and I cannot believe how far I have come! Their encouragement, knowledge/ experience and friendly approach creates a positive and warm atmosphere that motivates me to stay consistent in my health journey.
