Deep tissue massage with Analyn Reyes and a herbal steam after. Mrs. Reyes was a fantastic masseuse; from pressure, stretching, mobility areas, it was great. The herbal steam room is a great way to finish a massage; clean, private, comfortable and great herbal scents . Front desk staff are also friendly, polite, helpful. Another great Soul 2 Soul location .

I got the gift card from my friend. So, I come here first time. The therapist I booked got sick and I have Valerie to help me today. She did an amazing job!

Very detailed, good hand pressure, and nice communication all the way long.
I didn't expect it the first but it's turned out well with this therapist.

A little concerned is the wall/ partition is thin. I can hear the next room snoring.

I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent two-hour massage appointment. I had originally booked a cupping massage, but due to some awaiting approval for registration with the therapist, It was suggested that I move to another which allow for direct billing to my insurance, but after the appt I had to pay upfront anyway.

Additionally, I was under the impression I would still be receiving a cupping massage or at least be given a clear option between that and a different treatment. I asked questions about what might be better for me—cupping or herbal massage—but it turns out I received a normal massage, which I was not expecting.

While I appreciate the therapist's professionalism and kindness, the session was not as relaxing as it could have been. The room was quite cold, it would have helped if the body parts not being worked on is covered.

I’m sharing this because I value your company and I visited again as my previous visit with the other branch was really good!but I left feeling quite disappointed this time in this branch.

I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future clients. We would appreciate clarification on how future bookings can be better communicated—especially regarding changes on treatment types.
