It was my first time at Sophie’s and I absolutely loved it. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I really didn’t know the technique that I wanted after showing a picture they knew exactly what I was talking about.
Everything was clean (they use disposable baggies for the feet tank for pedicures which I appreciate). Also, the prices are really accesible.

What a wonderful salon! Everyone so friendly and helpful :) walked in with my 4yo
son yesterday and they greeted us and him so nicely. Can’t wait for our next visit. Thanking again for helping after our car broke down.

The nail tech rushed through pedicure and didn’t push up the cuticles or file the heel on one foot. I asked him if he could remove the dried skin and he said he already worked on that foot. He painted gel polish over the dried cuticles. Place was clean, and they got us in as walk-in’s. My friend had a different tech and that woman did great.

Terrible experience. DO NOT GO HERE!! I went here to get acrylics done and the person doing my nails (some guy) used a BRIGHT PINK colour base even after REPEATEDLY telling him I wanted a neutral colour that matches my skin tone. He DID NOT listen and insisted it’s the same as the picture. Also, my nails are all crooked and pointing outwards. Once my nails were completed he INSISTED I tip him!! 2 weeks after, my nail BROKE while I’m on vacation! If you think you’re getting excellent service and designs exactly as you want YOU’RE NOT!! Waste of 50$ and 2 hours of my time for something that can be done for within an hour MAXIMUM!
