I don’t want to give them a single-star rating because I’ve been coming here for four years and have always had a great experience. But today, they disappointed me on every level.

I called to book an appointment and was given a 12:30 PM slot. When I showed up, they told me they couldn’t book me due to “technical issues.” And you know what the “technical issue” was? The receptionist simply forgot to book me in. The worst part? They didn’t even inform me—I only found out when I arrived for my scheduled appointment.

To make matters worse, they rudely insisted that I come at 7:30 PM, even though I repeatedly told them I was going away for the weekend, which is exactly why I had booked my appointment in advance. They didn’t even try to accommodate me with another hairstylist. I left completely disappointed.

Then, they had the audacity to call later and ask if I could come the next day—after I had already told them I’d be away. Absolutely pathetic.

I’ve had such great experiences here in the past, so I feel bad leaving this review, but this was a massive screw-up. The lack of accountability and complete disregard for my time and effort were just unacceptable.

Very poor service. Went in for eyebrow threading, it took her more than 30 min which usually takes no more than 15 min at other place. She did waxing, threading, tweezing but still managed to leave so much hair on my forehead, which I did myself later at home. I have a very sensitive and acne prone skin and I don’t know what she put on my face after the service it reacted and now it’s burning. One major thing that made me write this review is she ruined my hairline while waxing my forehead and now it looks so unnatural. I cried the moment I stepped out of the salon. Pathetic place, just visited there because my go to place was closed. And now I face is burning and I cannot do nothing about it.
