Best massage I've had without a doubt. Visited recently for an 60-min appointment with Haley, who was kind, professional and friendly. Payment and processing my insurance took only a couple of minutes. The space is a one-room set-up in an office building, but the decor and music were perfect and created a relaxed mood. Haley impressed with a balance of strength for deep-tissue work and a great flow from one area to the next. I would recommend them to anyone.

BOOK WITH HALEY! As an RMT myself, I am quite particular about what I seek in a massage therapy session. Haley hit all the marks: she listened intently during the pre-massage interview, addressed all of my concerns during the session, had perfect pressure, and unlike many RMTs, she engaged in real conversation, not guarded small talk. Truly a soulful session that completely relieved me of all of my pain and increased my range of motion in just one session. I also love having other vegans in my professional circle. I found out about Hayley through an auction put on by A Home For Hooves animal sanctuary in Duncan. She generously donated a massage for the auction, and she mentioned to me that like me, she does this on a regular basis. I just love being in the company of like-minded folk. Thank you, Haley. I will definitely be back for more massage.

I have had a very positive experience visiting this small clinic to see Haley Trent for registered massage therapy. My previous experiences in Victoria with RMT's tend to feel quite impersonal, with practitioners hardly spending time on intake. Here it is the opposite. Haley takes the time to make notes of personal details you share with her, go over treatment goals before each and every service, check in periodically to ensure good pressure throughout and provides recommendations for homecare. Haley is a kind, thoughtful and respectful practitioner.

Erica is a true professional. She is knowledgeable and experienced in identifying the contributing factors and source of pain. She provided relief from pain and relaxation through essential oils and a calming presence during the massage. She provided me with exercises to do on my own to help with maintenance.

I would highly recommend Erica to anyone looking for therapeutic as well as relaxation massage. Just go see her, you'll be thankful.
