10/10 would recommend! I have had some pretty traumatic experiences when it comes to my hair in the past, that I ended up just doing it myself for years using store bought box black colors, not getting cuts etc. IYKYK Then I met Niki Lockwood, @greathairbyniki. I have never felt so comfortable and at ease during a kinda scary process. Niki was careful and calm as well as super funny. We were laughing almost the whole time. And the shampoo treatment, ahhhh yes. Such a nice little scalp massage. Thank you so much Niki! You saw my dream and made it happen. We did a 2 step process because I have extreme anemia and this girl didn't want to have breakage or loose a bunch of hair. I can't say enough about how much I appreciate you!!

I had an absolutely awful experience at snip snip boom. I had booked my first haircut in over a year (new mom) and when I arrived for my appointment it was an all but empty salon (one customer in chair) with 2 employees sitting on their phones at a wash station neither said hello. I said hello and then thought they were also customers and they laughed at me and said we work here. They asked who I was seeing I said Marisol and they told me she wasn’t there yet. Told me to have a seat, and laughed again. After waiting 10 minutes and feeling incredibly awkward with no sign of Marisol or any further interaction with these employees I left. Very unprofessional. Way to make a mom feel like she’s being made fun of who just wanted to feel good for once.
