You won me back over!! Just no more walk-in for me?.

As much as I appreciated that they accept me as a walk-in and a hairdresser could cut my hair right away, I’m not impressed with the quality of the haircut. The length is what I wanted but the “layers” are not it at all. They are horrible!
I liked that the hairdresser was not chatty but not so much when she tried to charge me for a full service when she only did the express cut. I called her on it but it was when one of her colleagues that told her she couldn’t do it that she finally gave me the posted price. Will not going there anymore.

After a bad experience at another salon over a year ago, I took a chance and booked a last minute appointment today with Courtney.

Honestly, I cannot recommend her highly enough! Courtney took the time to listen to my concerns, gave great advice on styles and products, and took the time to explain what she was doing to my hair and why.

Needless to say, I was beyond satisfied with the results and I’ve now found my new go-to for any cuts, colours, or updos!

Don’t dismiss this salon just because it happens to be located in a supermarket complex - this truly is a hidden gem and I’ll be returning regularly for more services.

Every year for my birthday I get a perm. The lady doing my hair was nice but was so concerned about my hair being bleached 3 months ago....which I get but I was not concerned I've done this every year for 20 years my hair don't break from it I told her that....she refused to let the solution stay in for more than 5 minutes, I got charged an extra $20 for some kind of solution for my hair being bleached....i was in and out in an hour. And this morning I wake up and doesn't even look like I got a perm at all. Very disappointed spending $130 to not even have the curl ? and I can't afford to have it re done anytime soon ?
