Great Customee Service! This is the place to get your hair cut. He is fast and is very professional. Also ladies come get your nails done by Dawn. She is Great!

This was my go-to place for a couple of years, mainly because it was very convenient (I live just down the street), good prices, and because Marco is a very nice guy. I've since moved on to another barber for a few reasons:

1. The last 3 times I was in for a simple short crew cut, I got home to discover missed spots with clusters of long hairs around my ears and near corners of hairline. Last time, there were missed spots on the side of my head that I had to touch up myself and sideburns were different lengths. He is very fast (like 5-6 minutes for entire cut) and is obviously rushing and getting a bit sloppy.

2. Marco angles you away from the mirror, so you can't see what he's doing. I find this extremely strange, I've never had a barber do this before.....comes across like he's trying to hide his work, especially when you get home to find missed spots of long hair.

3. He is a smoker, and the last couple of times I must have caught him right after a smoke break because his hands stunk like cigarettes. If you are smoker and in the service industry, you really need to scrub your hands before you touch someone. You may not notice how badly your hands stink, but a non-smoker definitely will.

Giving 3 stars because Marco is a very nice guy, but this might be generous. Went to another shop with similar pricing for my last 2 cuts, and was much happier with the result. Could see what barber was doing, he took his time, no missed spots.

My son went in. Asked for a taper and trim . Came home and it looks terrible. They refused a refund. Not even an apologize. They were rude when we called , the staff member stated it looked fine. My son is so embarrassed and we will now be going somewhere to try to fix this. Don't waste your time there.
added: we have gone somewhere else to fox it, even if it was miscommunication there was no reason for the cut to be this bad or uneven, we will not be coming back, we called several times left messages and no response. I finally got through 3 days later, to be treated badly. I will only accept a refund as an offer to fix this should have been provided immediately.

worst haircut I've ever had. the guy seemed like he never cut hair before and didn't speak any English. one of the other barbers had to step in and fix it but the damage was done. they only charged me 10 dollars because even they knew it was awful.. I leave for a trip to Mexico in 2 weeks, guess I'll be wearing a hat
