I had my first training session with Sartre yesterday and really enjoyed it. He created a program that was completely do-able by me, he listened to my injuries ahead of time, so he could adapt to my needs, and he made it fun! Plus he sent me the workout, so I could continue doing it on my own. I didn't need anything to do this workout, just my own body weight and some space in my house. If you are looking to get into better shape, build strength or just have some accountability around your workouts, from the convenience of home, I highly recommend you work with Sartre!

Sartre has been very helpful with my elderly Mother's recovery. He has developed a rigorous and personalized exercise program. He is very kind and encouraging as he works with Mom. Mom works hard for Sartre and has benefitted from his exercise program.

I had a wonderful experience with Sartre. He was very knowledgeable and adapted a program for my needs. I really enjoyed my session with him. He helped me with a routine as well as guided me through the exercises and correcting me to have the proper form throughout. I would definitely recommend him for a personal trainer, thanks so much!

I really enjoyed Sartre's virtual personal training session. The exercises were simple yet very comprehensive and effective - a full body workout which I could feel in my muscles several days later! If you are looking for an easy way to work out from home, I would highly recommend giving Sartre a call. And the bonus is that he is a really nice guy too!

If you are looking for personalized support in your fitness journey and you aren't sure where to start. I would highly recommend that you take the time to connect with Sartre from Fitness on the Go. What I loved about our session was the easy to follow directions and his ability to keep me motived and I never had to leave my living room! The exercises were customizable and I didn't need any fancy equipment, best of all he kept me motivated. I am so glad I have Sartre in my corner to support my wellness journey.
