The receptionist on duty was very polite and receptive. I walked in on a Saturday, while she politely informed me of their inability to entertain a walk in on the said day, she made efforts to get me a short appointment. I am happy to have been given an appointment in another 28 working hours

I have been waiting for almost 1hour at this clinic, which is unacceptable. It seems that the doctors and staff do not respect patients’ time. Punctuality and proper scheduling are essential in medical care, and I hope the clinic takes steps to improve in this area.

I’ve been waiting for almost an hour , and this isn’t the first time. If Dr. Amarakone is consistently slow or running behind, the clinic shouldn’t be booking so many patients. It’s extremely frustrating to be left waiting with no updates. Patients’ time matters too, and this kind of disorganization shows a lack of respect. Please fix your scheduling — this is unacceptable.

Would like to leave a note about one specific doctor. Dr. Inoka Amarakone. My mom was seeing her for a little while. Well let me tell you, I am extremely disappointed in this doctor. My mom has been asking for tests, saying her lungs have felt weakened (my mom has asthma), and other stuff that I don't need to go into detail about - but what pisses me off is this doctor has completely ignored her in every way. Even when received some results, my mom asked to get it reviewed and this doctor has don't absolutely nothing. Doesn't even take the time of day to show any compassion. I don't know what she does, but sure doesn't seem to be doing her job. Thank god my mom finally found a doctor that is willing to help her. Because this Dr. Inoka Amarakone has done NOTHING.

1 doctor accepting new patients and can barely speak English. Ridiculous service, do not recommend. Canadian healthcare has vanished. Rude front desk staff, 4 people talking amongst themselves. Piss poor service all around. Will tell everyone to avoid this place
