I was looking for a facility that really focused on rehab and thought outside the box. Catalyst was recommended to me by my Physiotherapist as he had referred a couple similar clients to them with great success.

The club is stunning and stands out from the rest of the facilities in town. Furthermore, the team that works there truly cares about the clients and the community. They really listened to what I needed and helped me right from the start by communicating with my Physio and crafting a unique and strategic plan. The programming was well communicated and I never felt uneasy with the exercises we were doing.

I highly recommend Catalyst, not only for rehab related issues but as a gym in general. The team, the location, and the vibe are all worth the journey. Yes, it is unfortunately off the beaten path and parking can sometimes be an issue at peak paddling hours, but again, the team always did what they could to accommodate me.

I came into Victoria for a week getaway, and found myself wanting to get a few workouts in after a few days.

I was so lucky to stumble along this gorgeous looking gym right on the waterfront. The real seller was just as I was walking by just looking around, A rally nice guy came up to me and asked if i needed help with anything. I must have looked lost. I told him i was looking to get a couple workouts in as i was in town for a vacay. The guy was actually the owner and he took me in instantly and introduced me to Dana who had a free hour, and he actually took me through a workout right then.

I wish lived in Victoria just to keep working out there regularly, I know they would have me in crazy shape in no time.

If your in town, definitely come for a lift or better yet sign up with a trainer

Definitely the nicest facilities I've ever trained out of. The equipment is the best available, the staff is amazing and the espresso is on point, Heli the mascot is always friendly and the owner Mark is very handsome. Definitely recommend!

Super convenient location if you live downtown like me. The equipment is the best in town, and the trainers are really smart and helpful. I recommend seeing Alison Bane if you want a trainer who really pushes you to be your best.
