This has been my go to salon for years! Every time I come the staff has been so friendly and my nails have always came out so good. I got my nails done by Mary today and she was amazing! So kind, we had a great conversation, and she pays attention to every little detail. Highly recommend her if you are into more intricate 3D designed nails as she is very talented.

I love this place. I am new to spruce Grove and I am a eseticianist. I am all about hygine and these guys nail it every time. I let them do what they wanted today and I am so happy with the results! They also are wonderful at doing pedicures and getting out major ingrown nails. I have 3 tumors in my feet and planterfascia and they are so gentle.

I can fall asleep anytime! All of the staff are great but Vy is amazing

The service was decent but pretty uncomfortable. During the service, my nail tech did not speak to me just tapped where she wanted me to put my nails which was pretty annoying and unprofessional. While my nails were drying she talked to another nail tech under her breath but she did mention my nail pattern which made me uncomfortable that she was whispering about me during my session. The UV nail lamp turned off and wouldn't turn back on. I told her about it and she just shrugged it off, I'm unsure if my nails were able to fully cure. At the end she grabbed my hand showing someone else my nails and speaking to them. I didn't receive context or an explanation to why she abruptly grabbed my hand. Besides that the prices were decent and the design was very nice.

I am absolutely furious with the service my daughter received at this nail salon. They ripped off her acrylic nails without properly soaking or removing them, leaving her natural nails severely damaged, thin, and in pain. This is completely unacceptable and shows a total lack of care and professionalism. No one should have to leave a salon worse than they came in. We will NEVER be returning, and I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting this place with their nails.
