the work they do is okay a little pricey, but my biggest issue is I make an appointment every time and they NEVER follow it. I am consistently forced to wait while they take in every single walk in…. no one even says anything they just ignore and walk by you the whole time. Would go anywhere else.

Been going here for years - it’s not amazing quality but you get what you pay for. They often skip parts of a manicure that should be included in the price ( for example cuticle clipping and a general hand massage with lotion) they charge extra $10 for that.

Some of the techs in there are wonderful and do a great job and tell you if they can’t meet your desires. However there are some techs who shouldn’t be in there at all.

I have awful rings of fire. My nails is literally falling off. I mentioned it several times that she was pressing to hard when filing and burning my nail. She would say sorry but then continue to do it. Please never be afraid to speak up, stop service or straight up leave if they aren’t listening to what you are saying.

I would suggest going elsewhere but if you do choose this place please ensure you’re able to speak up for yourself and advocate.

I am so sad I can’t even put on nails because my fingers hurt so bad and my nail beds need to heal. I have pictures from when I was finally able to rip them off and updated recent pictures of how bad the nails are. Honestly I would be requesting their certification up front if I return.

I had the day off and decided to treat myself to a manicure and pedicure at Rose's. It was a Wednesday afternoon, so the salon wasn’t too busy. I was seated in a massage chair for my pedicure, which went fine. However, things took a strange turn when the technician began my manicure while I was still in the same chair. The lighting was dim, and the position was uncomfortable, I had to awkwardly hold my hands in the air.

Without much communication, she went to the back and brought out a random couch pillow, placing it on my lap and asking me to rest my hand on it. I’ve had many manicures over the years and have always sat at a proper table with adequate lighting and hand soaking. Here, there was no room to soak my hands, and I noticed she was cutting my cuticles quite aggressively. When I said “ouch,” I realized one of my cuticles was bleeding badly. I brought it to her attention, but she insisted it was because my cuticles were dry. I explained that I’ve never bled like this during a manicure before, but she continued to deflect blame.

As she continued, she tried to cover the issue by repeatedly applying more nail polish—layer after layer—until there were about five coats, which only made things worse. The polish looked thick and messy, and my cuticle continued to bleed. I again expressed concern, but there was no apology or genuine concern, just continued excuses.

When I got to my car, the polish literally slid off one of my nails. I went back inside and showed them both the poor application and the bleeding. The only offer was a $15 gift certificate, which felt dismissive given the unprofessional and unhygienic experience—especially using a random couch pillow during a manicure in a pedicure chair. I said I didn’t want a voucher to return and asked for a refund instead. Eventually, they offered me $25 cash, and I left.

After occasionally going to Rose’s for the past 10 years, this experience was enough to decide I won’t be returning. The service felt careless, unprofessional, and unhygienic.

This place is not even worth one star, They are so rude and arrogant, do not listen to what they want, always in a rush, picking up calls while in the middle of working, talking with each other in another language about their clients, I google translated it and they were talking bad about the customers this is very unprofessional behaviour. They don’t handle your nails with care, they do what ever they wanna do. So so so unprofessional, This is actually the worst shop to get your nails done period point blank.

Went in for an acrylic nail fill and it was a horrible experience my technician was way to rushed wanting to get to the next person. And wasn’t taking time or being careful. Nails started lifting after less than a week so went back to get them fixed. The technician blamed it on me that they lifted when it was an application issue because I’ve had long nails for years and never have this issue. She claimed I was bending my nails on purpose to make them fall off. I then just wanted her to fix it and she made me leave and come back later in the day. She was very rude and rushed when fixing them after making me wait first. She fixed them so fast and skipped a lot of steps. She was also helping another client while she did mine and kept getting up to help them while doing mine. The nails that were fixed where not the same shape as the others as well as crooked and stuck to my skin. She did not buff them at all so they were all rough and scratchy underneath. They are curved not straight like the rest. The nails are also super thin so flimsy and will probably break off and have to get them redone again. She also said she didn’t have time to do my original design on them either so they aren’t even what I wanted. Waste of time and money. Will never be going back.
