Since they opened in May 2021, I have been going to Riverside Nails for my mani/pedi services and have always had the best experiences and service. Linda and Thy feel like family, they are warm and welcoming. They play soothing music, their staff are all so kind and you can tell they are so happy to work together. I love my nails, and love my special ladies at Riverside!

Came here on a whim as a walk-in for my first manicure in like two years (I have a toddler at home) and was warmly greeted before being sat down with Leanne. Had a wonderful chat as she took my poor neglected nails and gave them a lovely makeover with some gel polish. She was precise, worked quickly, and had a skill level that showed this was a cakewalk for her to do. The studio is clean, inviting, and I will definitely be back

Yesterday was my first visit to Riverside Nail Salon, and I had a great time! My three-year-old daughter was with me! one of the lovely staff members had given my daughter colouring books and toys! The employees are really pleasant and give your nails their whole attention! They have excellent prices and my nails look fantastic! Overall, I had a great experience , which was greatly enhanced by the staff!

Me and my mom have been going here for years, and unfortunately, the last few visits have been disappointing. We’ve felt rushed, overlooked, and not given the same care or attention as other clients.

Today was the final straw. We brought my 3-year-old daughter to get our nails and toes done as a little birthday treat. While we didn’t have an appointment, we were told the wait wouldn’t be long so we decided to stay.

After waiting over an hour and a half, my mom was finally able to get her nails started. Linda began my daughter’s nails, then passed her off to someone else midway through, only to return later to finish. During this time, my mom began her pedicure.

At no point was I asked what colour I wanted, even though it was made clear from the beginning that all three of us were getting pedicures. Meanwhile, three other women walked in after us and were seen before me and my daughter despite our already long wait.

After two hours, my toddler was understandably over it, so she never got her toes done, and I ended up walking out without receiving any service at all. We ended up going to a different salon just to finish our pedicures.

The only compensation offered for the inconvenience was 10%, which didn’t begin to make up for the experience.

This was truly one of the worst visits we’ve had and sadly, after years of being loyal customers, it’s clear the service has gone downhill. And I will NOT be returning.

Staff are nice but I got a manicure and she didn't even take my old polish off. She gave me a clear coat and was literally less than one swipe per nail. My nail edges look rough and uneven. I will be going home and redoing them myself
im super dissapointed... Pedicure was decent though.
