I went to the salon and met Hanna who is and excellent person and worker. She did an amazingly and beautiful job on my nails. I recommend this place for you if you are looking for something good. I will come to make my nails again. Thank you so much HANNA

I’ve worn nails for many years and have seen many good technicians, but I have to say Richelle is the best I’ve ever met. She is excellent at shaping and designing, genuinely cares about my nails and my favorite color, also so sweet and knowledgeable to talk with. I definitely recommend Richelle

This was my third time here and I had the absolute WORST experience.

Was clearly having my nails done by someone who has no idea what they're doing/if they're learning should NOT be allowed to have actual customers yet.

The overlay I had on my nails was drilled off super aggressively.

Multiple times I had to pull my hand away because of the heat the drill was generating.

The new overlay was put on VERY thick and inconsistent. He was clearly struggling.

I stated multiple times that this was not what I wanted - with the response being, I'm not done yet.

I've NEVER had an overlay put on this thick in all the years I've been getting my nails done.

Then! to add to this trainwreck of an appointment, my finger was badly cut with a file. I pulled my hand away twice and asked that he stop. Only then did another employee offer to take over the appointment. I was about to get up and walk out at this point..

Unfortunately the damage was done and nothing could be done to salvage the absolute incompetent mess my nails were.

I was there for two hours - which is wild. Left with nails I hate and and lame offer of 10% off. The fact that I had to pay at all was shocking to me and no other solution was offered.

Im now having an allergic reaction to the product they used.

I'm going to have to have this removed after paying SIXTY dollars.

Unbelievable to be honest.
