Revere Massage centre is a great place. We had great experiences there. Everyone is very nice. The receptionist is very helpful and always tries to get us the appointments that works best for us as per our schedule. The massage therapist Jenna and Jenny are very good and understand needs of the body very well. The chiropractor is awesome too. I highly recommend this place.

Jenny is experienced and one of the best RMT here. She is very knowledgeable and knew what's my pain points were, and accordingly treated me in my session. In just one session, I felt much better, relaxed and active again. Highly recommend her. ?

Jena, my RMT for today is a very kind and caring person. She is very professional and knowledgeable. She takes time to understand your concerns and tailors the treatment accordingly. Her deep tissue massage was exceptional and I will definitely be going back. Highly recommend her.

On June 18/2025 my credit card was charged $138.00 from Revere massage and wellness and an electronic receipt was sent to my email. I have not attended this clinic for over 2 years. I used to have benefits but I quit that job then and never went back to this clinic. My mother passed away in India in May and I had to leave to India. I returned June 22/2025. This clinic claims I called them and booked an appointment and then no-showed so they charged me $138.00 as my credit card was on file from 2 years ago. They had my daughter’s phone number as an emergency contact, they called her number on June 18 and she notified them and that this appointment was never booked and that I am in India. At that time they did not mention that they would be charging us. I never booked this appointment, I wasn’t even in the country. I have asked to speak to a manger multiple times and I have been denied this request. They claim the person that booked this visit was 100% me. I have asked for the phone number that called and if my details such as date of birth or PHN were verified and they are not able to tell me this. They said they sent a reminder email that I opened and due to this I am required to pay the $138 and will not get my money back. I said I never booked this appointment, I was out of town dealing with my mother’s passing. It is not my job to cancel an appointment that I never booked, it is the clinics job to verify the customers details before booking the appointment.

They have not provided any proof that I booked this appointment, they won’t let me speak to the manager and they won’t reverse the transaction. Do not go to this clinic.
