Jennifer was extremely helpful and kind! This location didn't have what I was originally looking for, but she gave me alternate options, and I found the perfect skirt for my outfit!

Angel was such a sweetheart and helped me out so much, I was trucking finding pants for work and she saw me in distress and gave me recommendations and checking in on me in the fitting room, and I have not been a happier customer. I probably tried over 13 pairs and she made sure I found what fit me right and was what I was looking for! Jennifer as well so sweet and lovely, she was so welcoming and friendly and stayed nice even when I was so indecisive at the register. Both these ladies were phenomenal and working in retail myself, you don’t see many people like these two who are so full of energy and very pleasant and energetic!

Jennifer is always helpful with finding clothes and the right fit. She's helped me several times and provides excellent customer service. If she isn't the manager she definitely should be. Also, Harleen assisted me with find some dress pants. Awesome service from both ladies.

Extremely disappointed with the behaviour of one of the employees (the girl in hijab)at this store. She was rude, unhelpful, and clearly not interested in assisting .When I asked a simple question, I was met with attitude and eye-rolling. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable in any customer-facing role. I hope management addresses this, as it reflects poorly on the business.

Package got stolen from mailbox, contacted the customer care several times to open a claim with Canada post. Instead of investigating and refunding, I got reply to go to the police and report it. They have the most unprofessional, rude, unknowledgeable and lame customer service agents. Never shopping from this store ever again.
