This is a great place to shop. Great selections in vegetables, fruits, meats, cakes, pastries, cereals etc. The customer service is friendly and helpful.

They have few very attractive items only in the price perspective. But remember, at this store “A one-stop shopping experience” is not a plus but a trap because you will be charged back for their very pricey meat and vegetables! Remember to keep your receipt, it can be very tricky when you need to return or change something your brought.

Not the best impressions of this branch. Not only is it quite dirty, the employees at self checkout are not attentive, you constantly have to call them, although there are very few customers, so today they refused to exchange my product, saying that it should be stored in the refrigerator. I bought it yesterday evening, brought it home, found that it was not exactly what I needed, put it in the refrigerator and today I wanted to exchange it. In another Super Store, they always exchanged it for us in such cases.

I live near the superstore and its my favorite store, but today I was humiliated! This week was the second time I came here shopping and I spent around $800 in total. Today, I came straight from work and didn't have a loonie with me to unlock a cart, so I asked customer service if they could unlock it for me. And with so much attitude and irritation she told me that I shouldn't come here if I don't have a dollar to unlock the cart. So insensitive and rude. I recommend that as a deal/ for frequent/ for high paying customers they give those coin cart unlock Keychain like they have at no frills. This way me and no one else has to go through that.

A disappointment. Where do I start!
1. The produce area is always dirty.
2. BC and Ontario strawberries are outrageously more expensive than strawberries from California.
3. Blueberries from Peru are cheaper than ones from BC.
4. They never have seeded grapes and oranges. Even the cucumbers and tomatoes are seedless. Ridiculous!
5. Every time an item is on sale, the shelves are completely empty the entire sale period. This has happened so many times that I can not even count. I don't know if this is a matter of not stocking regularly or on time or inexperienced buyers, but it results in an overall poor store performance.
Stock real fruit (fruit with seeds), clean the store (people don't want to feel like they are shopping for food in a dirty warehouse), remove all the skids and karts from the middle of all the aisles so people maneuver and shop. Ensure we are not paying an astronomical amount for Canadian made/grown produce and products and sell the same items from outside the country for a significantly lower price. It is ridiculous. Keep shelves stocked!
