I’ve taken myself and my two young daughters here twice recently, once for a manicure and again today for pedicures. All the staff we have interacted with have been nothing but kind, they are quick and do a fantastic job. Love that they have lots of spaces and are able to keep us beside one another during our appointments. This will continue to be our go to place

Lovely spot to stop in for a mani/pedi. My bf and I called around 7pm to see if they can squeeze us in, although they closed ar 730.

Sure enough they said come. Comfortable massaging chairs and super friendly staff. My bf got the spa pedicure and I got a normal pedicure with chrome/gel on my toes.

The place was decorated nicely and it was clean. The people were friendly with one lady translating for the other as we joked around and asked questions.

Fair pricing. They don't charge to remove gel off your nails as long as you're getting gel on.

We went to Cello's previous and the lady was going to charge $15 for removing gel, so we left. She was also going to do both of our pedicures at once going back and fourth (which we weren't too fond of.

I'm glad we went here and they took us in last minute. We will definitely be back.

Q-Nails is a very good place to go for pedicures.
My experience was very good. The staff are friendly and good at massaging the calves and feet it was a very relaxing feel.
The environment was very nice, and welcoming feeling.

My friend booked herself for a new set and me for a manicure. Arrived 5 mins before but still didn’t get in until 40 mins after booked time. The woman asked me what shape, and I tried to explain that I only wanted my nails painted, but she instead gave me acrylics. I’ve never gotten my nails done so I assumed I was still being given the manicure I booked. The job was messy, and they ended up charging me $85 with tip, even though their website says acrylics are $60. As I was paying, their machine broke (apparently my fault) and I had to e-transfer instead. Would still be happy with acrylics if i wasn’t paying $80 for a botched job I never asked for.

Me and my husband has been going there for 3 yrs now and we never had any complaints. I always leave happy but this time it’s different. Wasn’t really happy with what it turned out to be. I asked for almond shape nails and all my nails had different shapes. Some are coffin and some are square shaped, it was too thick as well and not the same length.
