I had old gel from my previous visit here some broke so I trimmed it down . The lady removing my nails, barely filed them then proceeded to use a tip used for acrylic to try and get under my gel to take it off. She basically just pulled all of them off (honestly, worse than if I would've done it myself) And because I was getting acrylic, she had to file them even more (I know that's how it works. It just made it even worse). I don't mean to sound dramatic, but I think it's ridiculous that my nails were even taken off like that, my nails have never felt thinner, they feel so sensitive and tender. Granted, my nails are on the thinner side already, but I have gotten my nails done for years on and off by many different Nail techs, and had gel shellac and acrylic removed, and my nails have never felt as bad as they do now. Really I should have stopped her but I was too shy and honestly shocked I've never seen anybody do it like that. I just ended up getting the removal And decided not to do the rest and surprisingly, she was confused on why. Im pretty sure it was Luna who did it. If you're gonna go here go to Tai.
