First time getting my nails done and I loved it here! Very welcoming atmosphere and despite being busy in the morning they had time for me and didn’t take too long to wait. Gave them pictures of what I wanted my nails to be and they delivered exactly how I wanted! I would 100% go back to this place again!

Linda did a great job on my nails. She designed them exactly to the picture i showed her. I highly recommend her and the other staff at the salon were all very friendly. This is definitely the place to go to get your nails done.

I had such a great experience at this nail salon! Mandy and Jessica are both amazing—so friendly, skilled, and detail-oriented. They really take their time to make sure everything looks perfect and that you're happy with the results. The salon itself is clean, welcoming, and has a relaxing vibe. I always leave feeling pampered and refreshed. Highly recommend booking with Mandy or Jessica—you won’t be disappointed!

I went here on Friday. I showed the nail tech the design once. At one point, I told him that one of the nails was crooked, and he told me they would be shaped more, which was ok. Then, when he was done shaping the acrylic, I asked him to blend the bottom of the acrylic towards the nail so it didn't have a huge bump, and he told me that I was 'picky'. This ruined the whole experience for me and I was very excited to get my nails done as it had been a while. I used a $25 off coupon, which reached over $80 (without the coupon). The nails are very thick, and the design was poorly done. Everything was off-center. I have to say that the prep work was done well, and it feels like they are pretty strong.

Horrible experience and very very poor quality service. The lady kept laughing at me and was making a couple nails crooked. She cut three of my fingers at the cuticle. And then it was bleeding heavily around 10 mins after I left. I also tipped even though I shouldn’t have. In all my years of getting nails I’ve never had someone cut the skin near the cuticle and make them bleed. The nails aren’t good quality and they already chipped. They wouldn’t give even a $10 refund for the pain they caused in my nails. And they then proceeded to call the manager for the refund who claimed she can’t do it till the next day and I live very far from this location. My nails still hurt and are bleeding a day later. Do yourself a favour and go to any other QNails in the city. This location is horrible.
