We shopped at this place multiple times, we were always happy with their service and jewellery designs. This last visit made me so unhappy that I decided not to go back ever again. I bought a chain for my daughter's 30th birthday, she loved the design and after wearing it for a day, she complained that it pulls hair a lot. I decided to take it back to show it to them. In less than a week I went back with my daughter, assuming these retail stores have some kind of warranty for atleast a week to ensure the quality of their product. Their side of argument was that all their stuff come from Singapore and they never had any complaints in the past, so I was the first one obviously. They said if we have to exchange with something else they will cut 20% as per their policy. It was really annoying as I didn't want to spend more money where I already spent so much, and bought my daughter this bad piece of jewellery. You can see the picture. I can understand it is gross to see but it proves my point.
