My friend and I went to purchase dresses for our graduation here! We were able to try on stunning dresses, get amazing recommendations, and have an amazing time doing it.
Rina is such a lovely person, she is super kind and helpful. I definitely recommend going to Prom Forever for any event attire needs!

i see that there are a lot of bad reviews before mine, however i had the best time here. my friend and i, we made a separate appointment as she realized that we had to make two different booking for each of us, she made one for herself at 1pm, and i made for both of us for 2pm on the same day. it was on monday.

when we went in around 1:30 because my friend was running a bit late , there was a girl trying out a dresses, the girl working informed to us that since we have an app booked for both 1-2 pm, we can each pick 5 dresses and try them on at 2.

however the girl before us was still trying out dresses after 2, but the girl apologized instead and told us that in a few minute we will be able to try them on. when the grad girl could not decide which one she wanted, the worker moved her to an another room so my friend and i could be side by side.

she always helped us out, either helping us find the type of dress we wanted, helping us zipping at the back as it is a big complicated, and she kept giving us compliments and questions to see if we like it or not, and it made feel really respected and comfortable.

in the end, we did not buy anything since we were still looking for some options, however, until we were going out the door, she kept her smile on the face, and she greeted other people after us.

i wish i remembered her name so by this review you guys could compliment her, but she was working on monday this week.

overall, this place has so many dresses you can pick from, and the best service ever!!!

Website is not updated. Found several dresses on there to try on during my appointment to make things go smoother and was told the dresses I found were no longer carried. I was also informed that basically the dresses on the floor is all there is. Was also told it would be unlikely that we could order a dress in another size. What is on the floor is what there is.

Terrible experience. I booked a Saturday 10am appointment online for my daughter and her friend, only to find the store closed. Their posted store hours say they open at 10am, yet when I called, I was told they don’t open until 11 and that the booking system “had issues”—something they were already aware of. The woman said she would be there in 15 minutes. We waited over 30 minutes for someone to arrive. When she finally showed up, she was rude, rushed us in, and told us she didn’t think they had anything we’d want. Completely unprofessional and disappointing.
