Pro Nails is hands down the best nail salon in Edmonton!! Everyone is so friendly from the moment you walk in and make you feel so welcomed. But my nail game truly changed almost 2 years ago when I found Kim!!

He is the best nail artist I’ve ever seen and is also the sweetest person. He is so easy to talk to and is extremely down to earth. He is highly skilled in his craft from design, to nail art, shaping, you name it. He will take your inspo pic and turn it into something better!

Kim is truly a gem in the industry and I look forward to every appointment with him to see his creativity at work and have some great chats. He is so personable, talented and extremely detail oriented, I’m not kidding when I say that each set he does for me is my new favourite. And his work LASTS! The retention is incredible. Thanks Kim for being the very best! ??

My experience is great. Got my nails done. I will definitely recommend this place and visit here regularly. My nails are done perfect I’m very happy and satisfied. The only issue that I faced was the language. I had to repeat myself 4 to 5 times for someone to understand me because they were talking in their language only and they keep on talking in their language even in front of the customer. otherwise the skills they got a real. PERFECT NAILS!!!

Not so impressed with the quality of work. We were just browsing and saw this place in west Edmonton mall, I asked for gel polish on my natural nails. They said 40$ plus tax, the moment I sat the lady started increasing the price I’ll give you good coating and what not and charged me 50$ at the end. She even changed my seat to secretly increase the price and kept on asking for acrylic colours to increase the price. I donno why do you do this kind of strategy with people who are good to talk to. They would never do the same for the white people, only they see us brown people and do the same. Never going back again. Also not so great quality on finish, nail paint uneven texture and all over my fingers. Waste of money.

Not impressed by the level of customer service I received. I visited the salon for a gel manicure during my visit over the holidays and literally the next day I had three nails chip. I went back and they corrected them. Then again three days later even more nails chipped! At this point I was extremely disappointed as this would be my third time visiting the salon in a week!

When I arrived I asked Jenny (nail tech who was correcting the mistake) to redo all of my nails, as I did not want them to chip again once I left Edmonton. She said that it was not store policy to redo all of the nails and that she would just do the two that had recently chipped. I explained to her that the only reason they were chipping was because the male tech I seen the first time did not let the nails properly dry the first time I had gone. I explained that after spending $75 on the first visit I expect my gel nails to last more than a week without needing to return 3x.

I spoke with the manager and she said the best they could do was not charge me for the two nails they fixed this third time. Save yourself the grief and time and just go somewhere else.
