I looked at other options like Turkey and decided to choose Prime. My decision to use Prime Hair Clinic was they are Board certified, Canadian, if something does go wrong there is a local team, and the sales process was detailed and honest.

The day of the procedure was perfect, from start to finish, every team member was friendly, informative, professional and did an excellent job every step of the way. I would highly recommend them. You get the definitive impression everyone is highly skilled and love working together.

The only regret about this whole hair transplant is that I should have done it sooner! It was awesome not to have to fly abroad for this. The procedure was only one day. Recovery was rough but the doctor and staff were available by text/phone whenever I had questions, even after hours. Had some pimples grow in and they would help drain them. It’s been 8 months and I have seen such a drastic visible difference!

Visited the tricologist at the prime hair clinic and had the best experience. Karlee is very personable and professional. I left with more confidence and my hair was absolutely amazing. My hair has started to grow tremendously and is stronger than it ever has been before. The colour match was perfect and it blended absolutely perfectly. Highly recommend Karlee and the team at prime hair clinic.
