Love the people- love the facility - everything you need! Plus a great outdoor track and soccer pitch to die for.

Great gym! They have a lot of those 4-sided weight doohickeys (cable machines?), some lifting stuff and several treadmills. They don't have many of the extremely specific strength machines, but it's a good gym to go to for cardio.

our daughter has used this facility for soccer games and it is one of the nicest in Victoria. Track around the field is in excellent condition.Always something going on here as the size allows for multiple venues. Gyms inside full size and weight room is up to date with everything you need
