I have been going to Pacific Jewellery for years with small repairs and the service and work has always been amazing, but last year when my mom lost her wedding ring, Minh went so far above and beyond to help us. My parents had their wedding rings custom made when they were overseas in the 70's and it was devastating when my mom lost hers. Minh was able to take my dad's ring, and replicate the design for my mom and the ring turned out beautiful (and truthfully, it was even better than the original - minus the sentimental value of course). The price was so reasonable and he squeezed in the work so my dad could give it to her on their anniversary, which was such a special moment. Thank you so much Minh, and thanks to your wife (so sorry that I don't know her name) who always gives such warm, great service when I'm in the store. You're our favourite jewellers by far.

I had an incredibly positive experience at Pacific Jewelry! The owners are kind, genuine, and truly care about their customers’ satisfaction. They made sure I was happy with every detail and were an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the process.

Their pricing is also very fair, a large jewelry store in Calgary quoted me over $800 to reset a center stone into a new setting, Pacific Jewelry offered to do it for about a third of that cost.

This is a family-owned small business that clearly takes great pride in their craft and customer service. I would confidently recommend them over any larger local jewelry store. I look forward to working with them again in the future!

Great jeweller! I brought in my wedding ring to be repaired and resized. They did an excellent job. The ring is like new again, and their price was hundreds of dollars less than the big jewellery store down the street. I will bring all my business here from now on.

While waiting, they even offered to clean my mom’s ring as a kind gesture, which I truly appreciated.
What stood out most was their honesty and willingness to work within my budget. The owner immediately recognized that repairing all my pieces at once might not be feasible for me and kindly helped me prioritize the most meaningful ones first. His patience and understanding made the experience stress-free, and I left feeling confident that my jewelry was in good hands.
