I came in looking for shoes and was assisted by grace I think her name was. She was very friendly and polite and greeted me with a smile, even suggested alternatives to what I was looking for. Check out was fast and efficient as well. Would recommend!

I'm in town for stampede this week and stopped by the store for the first time and left with a beautiful pair of boots that Grace recommended to me. I had an amazing experience shopping here and will be back next time!

Thank god they have nice shoes because this is ALL they offer. I’ve truly never seen such heinous customer service in my life. My partner and I came in looking for a particular pair of boots. We were not greeted or acknowledged. We found the boots, looked around for a staff member and were not helped. They were standing around, too morose to do the job they’d clocked in for. I made a bit of a comment under my breath and someone finally came to us (at a glacial pace I might add). She was barely understandable she was so quiet and told my partner they only had size 10s (he is a size 10, she did not ask before already lining up a reason to not sell an item). At this point, I was ready to leave but he really wanted these boots. We waited for 10 MINUTES for her to retrieve the shoes, of course, there was no acknowledgement or apology for the delay, no “thanks for your patience”, she just put them down and walked away. He liked the shoes, if it had been up to me we wouldn’t have given them money and he would’ve ordered them online. Throughout the entire visit in the store, all the employees were standing around in a zombie state, either scrolling on their phones or talking to one another. If you’re going to charge these kinds of prices for shoes, the service better align with the price tag. I’ve worked countless customer service jobs and I really can’t wrap my head around how ALL the employees are this apathetic, unless they’re pumping melatonin through the air ducts. Just order your shoes online.

Non-existent service. No acknowledgment or hello.

Was ignored by 3 employees and had to flag them down 5 times over the length of my visit. I then finally waved, was ignored, loudly asked for help and one turned their back then finally I shouted ‘hello - are any of you available for help’. They were on their phones, helping groups of white women who were in store and being genial with them. But when it came to interacting with me a Black woman it was like they were worried I was contagious with how quickly they would try to get away.

I still did end up purchasing but the passive aggressive racists that they employ do the business a huge disservice. The Edmonton location has far nicer staff.

Have to agree with the other reviews. I’ve visited this location numerous times, not one time did I have a positive experience. Staff are unfriendly and barely want to help at all. Today was the last day I’ll be visiting this location.

Save your money for an establishment that values you and your patronage.
