I bought the wrong size while in Victoria. They were more than happy to help me exchange to a different size and I had the proper shirt in less than a week. Really great people and fantastic service.

I had read about this shop before travelling to Victoria. I was interested in their sweaters and knew the quality would be good. When I walked inside, the owner and her helper were working on orders, which left me the time and space to freely explore. I was delighted at what I found. At some point the owner saw me browsing and asked if I needed help, etc. She was lovely and very helpful, as was her employee. In the end I bought a beautiful wool cardigan, a cute sheep scarf (I have tons of scarves but couldn’t leave without this one!) and some hilariously cute sheep coasters to take home. Sheep is definitely a theme here as is quality wool and tailoring. I definitely recommend stopping in and checking it out.

Every time I am in Victoria I make a pilgrimage to this amazing shop. Last Friday I picked up an Aran cashmere mens shawl collared sweater. My wife says I look like Mr. Rodgers but I feel the Irish king I was destined to be.

I wonder would you kindle sponsor me a jacket to sponsor and rep well?! I missed my chance in the uk two years ago. 3 mill pic views I will rep proudly. Please like my review if it was helpful.

The store sells a lot of really nice high quality stuff but be warned it also has a very rigid return policy. I purchased several items as Xmas gifts. I had to return one item(a scarf) because the person I bought it for has a wool allergy. I missed the 2 week return date by 2 days(because of the holidays). They would not give me a refund or a credit. They would only do an exchange and I only had 13 days left in which to do it. I like the stuff they sell but because of their return policy I will not be purchasing anything from them again.
