Gary and Chanel are both a phenomenal husband and wife couple who provide attentive services based on your needs and lifestyle. I have seen Gary for hair and my friends always compliments how nice my hair looks! I see Chanel for facials and her touch is very gentle even the uncomfortable bits like extractions. She makes sure that I am comfortable throughout and my skin leaves glowing every time! I also really appreciate how she curated a beverage for every single one of her facial services to enjoy after the service.

Gary & Chanel are simply the best. What a one-stop shop!
I've been getting facials done by Chanel for a few years now, and getting my hair cut by Gary for almost 15 & I look forward to each of my appointments with them.
Gary is a hair wizard and intuitively knows what is going to look good according to your unique head of hair. He has a large knowledge and skill base and really listens to what your hair goals are in order to give you the best haircut possible every time. He seamlessly works with things like cowlicks, your hair texture, and how often you like to get your hair cut (with no shame if it's not very often!) to make sure you'll be looking good for as long as possible. He is also so very friendly and I'm chatting with a pal when I'm in his chair. I've recommended him to many of my friends, who are now also in love with his haircuts.
Chanel is a master of all things spa. She is a total boss, and even teaches her craft to other practitioners because she is so passionate about what she does. She has unending knowledge about skincare and I feel like I can trust her assessment and advice about my skin. She really goes above and beyond with her services - including a hand or foot massage that is included with some of her facial options that is just luxury. The cooling jelly mask she puts on my face at the end of a facial is my favorite. I always leave my facials so refreshed! She is thorough and thoughtful and I highly recommend booking with her.

I have been seeing Chanel and Gary for a few years now.

Chanel is incredible at her craft, she is so knowledgeable with everything around skin care and waxing. My skin has improved drastically since seeing her. The times I see her are moments of joy! Now let’s move to Gary. He is extremely brilliant when it comes to hair, he knows exactly what you need. On top of that he is so caring, he will spend the time understanding what you want and makes it happen!

I would highly recommend visiting Chanel and Gary! You won’t be disappointed.

Every visit with Chanel for a facial has been amazing! The spa experience began the moment I stepped into the salon until I walked out, which I found very unique and calming. The salon is very clean, organized and sanitary.

Chanel explains each step of the facial before proceeding and checks in throughout the appointment to make sure I am doing okay. I also really appreciate how knowledgeable Chanel is in her craft. I feel like I learn something new about my skin every visit and tips for further skin health improvement for home. I never feel rushed during the visit and always feel so relaxed as I leave.

I got a facial done with Chanel before my wedding this summer and it made such a difference in how well the make up went on and had many compliments on how healthy my face looked including my make up artist!

I highly recommend Chanel and On The Q.T. Salon and Spa for your next facial and spa experience!
