I’ve been seeing Shayleen for a few months, ever since I moved to Calgary and she is THE absolute best massage therapist I’ve ever had! She has the most incredible hands and her techniques always leave me feeling so much better than when I arrived. She’s always careful to check in & see if the pressure is okay & if I’m getting relief which I really appreciate. She’s very personable & makes getting a massage a truly wonderful experience. I highly, highly recommend her and feel so fortunate to have found her as she is so incredible.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Sarah for the past 2.5 years, during which she has consistently delivered outstanding care—a 10/10 experience. Her timely assessments and treatment of both sports-related injuries and non-sports issues, along with her thoughtful pre- and post-workout planning, have been invaluable. I highly recommend Sarah given her deep knowledge of musculoskeletal anatomy and ability to combine this with mindfulness when providing care.
