I've brought my daughter in twice now to get her nails done. Each time shes left smiling and extremely happy. This last time the nail tech even painted her 2 fingers that she was born without nails and that truly made her week and made her feel beyond special. As a mother I'm forever grateful

Booked for a 45 min shellac pedicure and from the moment I sat down to the moment I walked out was 25mins! I was very disappointed as I was ready to enjoy a nice pedicure with massage. Now a days I guess it’s to be expected that prices have gone up and service has gone down. I will not be going back. I do want to add the girl who took care of me was very nice.

I got a new set Anne expected a nice light set and the shaping job was horrible. I can’t believe I paid $80! I asked for coffin shape and all were different shapes and sizes. They were not even matching each other. They turned out crooked and excess powder under my nails. They are bulky and horrible shape. I wanted to say something but it was at the point that I don’t think any of them would have even known what’s wrong. ?

Ocean Park was recommended to my sister and I by both my mom and her friend and I left less than impressed with my manicure and pedicure by Cindy. Note that we did make an appointment on Sunday for both services so should have been booked in with the proper amount of time with no rush from the techs.

There was no real pedicure done as I had to ask to have my toenails clipped down shorter and then I was rushed through and was given the most unfortunate paint job ever. The top coat that was put on was so thick and not evenly coated that my nail polish has streaks from the polish brush taking paint off and bubbles under the top coat (regular polish).

My gel manicure unfortunately was the same story. My nail shape is not very clean and uneven, I left with nail polish on the palm side of my fingertips (how it got there I'm not sure?) and there are bumps/texture on all of my nails.

While I was getting my nails done I asked the woman to repaint my big toes as those ones looked the worst and she seemed unhappy to do so. After sitting and getting my nails painted, she scraped the large pool of polish from down the side of my nail that was still wet and she came back with the nail polish colour. She went to repaint over the mess and I asked her to please not do that as it won't fix them and she then offered to paint a new top coat over it and again I told her that that was not what I had wanted to fix it as that would make it messier and more goopy than it already was. I told her to please leave it at that point.

When I got to the counter to pay I had told them that I wasn't happy with my pedicure and was told that I needed to pay as the service was already done and offered to repaint both my toes and nails because I was unhappy with them and the receptionist was very understanding as to why I didn't like them. We were there from 3:45-5:20pm so I didn't have the time to stay and get them redone when they should have been done properly in the first place having spent all that time there.

My number was taken down and I was told that I would get a phone call back from the manager as they didn't have authorization to make any decision on charging me less or not at all for the (lack of) services that I received. I haven't heard anything since, but unfortunately I won't be recommending them to anyone that I know.

*My sister's tech did a great job and really took her time so her manicure and pedicure look great!
