I've been to this salon for salon for waxing, pedicures and manicures.
The service is always top level. They use genuine Shellac polish and I noticed that everything is cleaned and sterilized, which unfortunately is not the case in a lot of salons. I loved the massage in pedicure and manicures. I always get Shellac applied before my holidays and it has lasted the whole vacation. I would highly recommend this salon for any service.

I went to get a set of acrylic dip powder nails for the first time at Oasis today and Jennifer was my technician. While the prices are amazing, I am super unhappy with the service. I left with a cut on my finger and huge spaces between my cuticles and the nails (they look like they need a fill already) and she did not do any pushing back or trimming of the cuticles. Did not get any discount for the cut which I have heard of other places discounting when cuts occur. Extremely unfortunate as the style i asked for was perfectly executed otherwise. My whole appointment felt very rushed, took 45 minutes, and if more time and care had been taken I think I would be alot happier.

The spa is clean and nice. Staff are very nice and polite.
I had a wet pedicure and manicure with gel nails. There's no actual callus removal in wet pedicure. My feet were exactly the same afterwards.
The cuticles were not completely cleaned. The lady who did my nails also didn't put the polish all the way down my nails. Left some cuticles on and then started on top of it and it made my nails look so short.

When I removed the gels I was shocked! My nail bed is completely ruined. All my nails broke and I had to cut them too short! I used to have long beautiful thick nails and now I have deep scratches on my nail beds. I don't know how long it'll take to grow it out and be able to grow my nails long again.

I went to Oasis for the first time in late September for an express pedicure. The first woman clipped and prepped my toes, but did such a terrible job of painting (by the time she had “fixed” her mistakes there were 6 thick coats of paint on the nails), that another woman came over, had a look, removed all of the polish and redid my nails. For a “quick” pedicure, I was in that salon for an hour and a half. I was given a moderate discount on the cost of the procedure, and needless to say, I did not leave a tip, as I normally would. But…it gets worse! When I removed the polish, I saw that I had a fungus under the nail of my big toe! This was confirmed by my dermatologist. The fungus is passed from one customer to another when the implements are not properly sterilized before use on the next customer. My dermatologist wrote me a prescription for Jublia, a topical antifungal agent. Cost of the prescription? $135.82. The Jublia must be applied every day until the toenail grows out completely. So…a minimum of 6 months. Will I ever trust this salon again? Not likely. If I could give this salon a negative star review, it would be a minus 5.
